The United Arab Emirates is our country of residence, and local law governs. All disputes arising out of it will be exclusively handled by a court of competent jurisdiction in the United Arab Emirates. 

  • Payments will be accepted in AED using Visa or MasterCard debit or credit cards.
  • We will not trade with OFAC or sanctioned nations, nor will we provide any services to them.
  • Customers who are minors or under the age of 18 are not allowed to register as users of the website or transact using the website.
  • The cardholder must keep a copy of transaction records, as well as merchant policies and guidelines.


You can use the Website as a "guest check-out" user or create an Account by registering your details to access the Website's features and services. If you're an Amber or Facebook member, you can also use your Amber or Facebook credentials to log in. It's your ongoing responsibility to ensure that the personal and payment information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and valid. Please contact us through our Contact Us page to update your information. Keep your password and account information confidential and secure. Our customer care representatives will never ask for your password. While we are committed to following our Privacy Policy, we cannot be held liable for any losses resulting from the misuse of such information. By registering or placing an Order on the Website, you confirm that you meet the Eligibility conditions outlined above and that the information you provide is true and accurate in every way. We also allow commercial businesses to register with us. You agree to take responsibility for any actions that occur under your account and password, and you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password information.

RUMI and its website reserve the right to deny service, close accounts, delete or modify content, and cancel orders. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, providing correct, truthful information, and have the authority to purchase

We provide approximate weights, measurements, and similar descriptions for your convenience. The availability of products or services on this website at any given time does not guarantee their availability in the future. Our brand RUMI accepts a variety of payment methods, such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery. Please note that for orders shipped outside the UAE, there is a shipping charge of 150 AED. While within the UAE country, RUMI is subject to no extra charges for shipping.

By providing your payment information, you confirm that you have the legal authority to use those details. We reserve the right to reject orders if payments are unauthorized, payment methods are invalid, or you lack authorization to use the specified tender type. For security reasons, we may request personal documents like a passport copy or photo ID when paying with a credit card, debit card, or Apple Pay. Payment through Delayed Payment Providers may require additional information and credit checks to verify your identity and prevent fraud. In cases of suspected fraudulent activity, we can suspend or terminate your payment options and deny current or future use.

Please be aware that we may not notify you of changes to our payment options, and you should contact us to reinstate them. Our website may have links to third-party websites for your convenience, but we are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices, and we don't endorse or verify them, including Delayed Payment Providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of content provided by others on our website or apps. It's important to carefully review third-party terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

Installment Payments

You can choose to pay for your purchases in monthly installments, subject to your bank's terms and conditions. This option will be offered to you during Secure Checkout, where you can choose the duration of the installment plan, including any applicable fees or interest. We also offer payment plans through Delayed Payment Providers. The types of delayed payments available and eligibility requirements may vary depending on the provider. The use of a Delayed Payment Provider's service is subject to the provider's terms and conditions, and we are not responsible for their actions or omissions. These payment options will be presented to you during Secure Checkout, allowing you to select the installment duration and review associated fees or interest. Please note that if you return or cancel an item for which you have chosen to pay in installments, you will need to contact your bank to terminate the installment plan and address any applicable processing fees. If you paid using a Delayed Payment Provider, your refund will be processed according to the seller's terms and conditions. PayPal Payments: Orders completed through PayPal will be directed to the PayPal page.


Prices on the Website are quoted in AED and do not include optional services, delivery charges, taxes, or tariffs that the purchase may be subject to. Any additional charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase. If you purchase with a payment card not denominated in AED, your payment will be subject to the currency exchange rate applied by your card issuer at the time of payment. Shipping prices, taxes, and duties depend on the destination you choose, the items and services you purchase, and the selected delivery method.

  1. Already Processed Orders:
    a. If we've already processed your order and there was a pricing error, don't worry! We'll either cancel the order or just the mispriced items. We'll then swing by your delivery address in the UAE to collect those items, and you'll get a full refund, including your original delivery fees, taxes, and customs if they apply.
    b. If you paid less than the item's actual price, we'll honor that price on your order.
    c. If you paid more than the item's actual price, fear not – we'll promptly refund the difference.
  1. Orders Not Yet Processed:
    If we haven't started processing your order, we'll reach out to you as soon as possible. We'll only proceed with the order once you confirm that you're happy to buy it at the correct price. If not, we'll cancel it and refund your payment in full.

Pricing and Availability

RUMI makes every effort to update accurate information regarding details, descriptions, and prices on the website. However, occasional errors may occur since this information is supplied by our partners. If we identify an error in the price of products you've ordered, we will promptly inform you. You can then choose to confirm your order at the accurate price or cancel it. If we cannot reach you, your order will be canceled, and if you've already paid, you will be 100% refunded in full as soon as possible.

When you purchase products through the Website, the contract is between you and the Partner. You pay us, and we hold the funds on the Partner's behalf, transferring the money to them after you receive the products. We expect our Partners to follow reasonable business practices, but we can't control their policies. If you're unhappy with a product or service, get in touch with us, and we'll work with the Partner to try and sort out the problem on your behalf.
